Serving as an AB Experience Leader provides significant leadership development and skill-building that will shape your experience as a UMD student and help you to make a difference on and off-campus. Every year, our AB Experience Leaders form a tight-knit community full of support, learning, fun, and a desire to lead their peers and create a more socially just world.
